The ASPE British Columbia Chapter was chartered in 1975 by a group of 33 dedicated plumbing engineers and designers in Vancouver, B.C. Canada, led by our first Chapter President, Ron Davies, P.Eng.  It was the mission of the Chapter to foster a network between designers, professionals, officials, and affiliates in the sharing of knowledge in plumbing engineering, plumbing codes, equipment, and materials.

While today, the Chapter has grown to 100 members, it continues to embrace the same goals to maintain, educate, support, and develop the plumbing community through technical events, social functions, and newsletters.

About ASPE

The American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) was founded in 1964 as an organization dedicated to the advancement of the plumbing engineering profession. Through the dedication of its members, it has grown from a group of less than 50 individuals in Los Angeles to an international Society of more than 6,400 members.
